In addition to the initial marketing launch we continue to monitor, adjust and make changes to the marketing strategy to keep up with current trends and to make sure your marketing dollars are working for you.

Just Starting or Starting Over Online
If you’re a new business just starting online or an existing business that is starting over online, then this is a great package for you. We bundled our already discounted service packages to provide you additional savings by putting your website, online marketing, social media and more all under one monthly bill. You can concentrate on running your business and we’ll take care of getting you the attention you need and a site that can convert visitors.
While you’re signing up for the service, we’ll ask you some additional questions and give you options to make sure you’re getting the services you need without paying for ones you don’t. Once you’ve completed your purchase, we’ll send you an email and start your onboarding process, giving you access to our project management system as well as access to additional information and training. The first 30 days are devoted to creating your site, setting up or modifying your current social media profiles, identifying your target audience and developing the marketing strategy, including initial setup of your marketing campaigns. Marketing begin in the second month and we closely monitor and adjust your campaigns to make sure your advertising dollars are well spent on visitors that are more likely to convert than those that are not.
What’s Included:
Starter Site: The Basics ($750 Value): Choose from one our our starter sites and we will set it up on your domain and replace the logos and colors to match your businesses style. Additionally we will insert up to 10 pages of content you provide us (including images and text) at no additional cost. We will also integrate a newsletter/autoresponder system (such as MailChimp, Aweber, GetResponse) into your theme to help you capture potential customer information at no additional charge.
The Social Media Intern ($250/mo Value): We will utilize your existing social media profiles, or if you do not have them we will create them for you. We will create and post content to your social media channels once a week, working with you to create a schedule of topics to focus on to keep your followers engaged. Social media content is shared through all your social media channels and modified to best fit the specific platform (images, content length, etc…) as part of this service.
The Marketing Manager ($500/mo Value): We will create and run a single campaign on Google with no more than 5 specific adgroups. This will allow you to choose 5 topics to promote. We will target your ads to the most likely demographic and make bi-weekly reviews and changes to the campaign, landing pages/site, targeting and ads with a focus on lowering the cost per click and increasing conversions.
The Guide ($250/mo Value): You will get access to two 1-hour think tank sessions per month. These sessions can be used to further develop your business by planning today for tomorrow’s growth. We can help go over and come up with solutions to internal processes, internal automation, IT solutions, customer service issues, sales & closing assistance and more. With experience in working in so many industries, we have the ability to utilize our experiences, training and continuing education to help you solve dilemmas you might be facing.
Access To All Training Courses ($450/mo Value): As a Turnkey Solutions subscriber, you will get access to all of our training programs, including Master Your Marketing, WordPress Wizard and Success In Sales. In addition, as long as you are an active client, you will automatically get any new training series we offer. Access to these are not limited to just a single individual, but can be shared internally with your staff.
Hosting Included ($50/mo Value): We offer free site hosting for all of our Turnkey Solutions packages. We maintain your site and keep your core CMS and all plugins updated for the life of service. In addition, we backup all sites daily and keep a 30 day rolling backup of your site. Additionally we utilize NGINX delivery of locally cached content to speed up loading time for your visitors. Please note email hosting is not included but we do offer add-on solutions through our partner programs with GoDaddy and Google.
Additional Requests: We charge $50/hour for additional requests for clients on The Startup subscription. These would include if you needed us to generate additional site content, further customize the site (style or functionality) or wish to have additional tasks added to any of the packages in this bundle. We will always provide an estimate for additional requests in writing and require approval before starting the tasks. Upon completion you’ll be charged to the card on file for this service. In the event your request could be viewed as a new project (IE. a separate site to be created, converting a standard site to eCommerce, video production/broadcasting services, as well as add-ons and other services not included in your package level) we will discuss it with you, work up a full quote and potentially a separate contract or an addendum to the Turnkey Solutions package agreement that would need to be approved before we could begin work and may fall under a different pricing and payment structure. If the request is covered in another package or a new separate contract is created, a discount of 5%-10% will be applied.

Social media content is shared through all your social media channels and modified to best fit the specific platform (images, content length, etc…) as part of this service. In addition we will monitor and respond to comments on your posts to further engage your followers.
The Marketing Director ($1000/mo Value): We will create and run 2 campaigns on Google & Facebook one for generating new visitors and another for retargeting recent visitors. For Facebook we will focus on demographics and interests that align with your target audience and on Google Ads we will create up to 10 adgroups that will focus on promoting specific services and product types. We will target your ads to the most likely demographic and make bi-weekly reviews and changes to the campaign, landing pages/site, targeting and ads with a focus on lowering the cost per click and increasing conversions. We will also create and run a monthly email newsletter to go out to subscribers to create reengagement with the site and your products or services.
The Thinker ($400/mo Value): You will get access to four 1-hour think tank sessions per month. These sessions can be used to further develop your business by planning today for tomorrow’s growth. We can help go over and come up with solutions to internal processes, internal automation, IT solutions, customer service issues, sales & closing assistance and more. With experience in working in so many industries, we have the ability to utilize our experiences, training and continuing education to help you solve dilemmas you might be facing.

We will always provide an estimate for additional requests in writing and require approval before starting the tasks. Upon completion you’ll be charged to the card on file for this service. The Social Media Guru ($1000/mo Value): We will utilize your existing social media profiles, or if you do not have them we will create them for you. We will create and post content to your social media channels 2-3 times a week, working with you to create a schedule of topics to focus on to keep your followers engaged. Social media content is shared through all your social media channels and modified to best fit the specific platform (images, content length, etc…) as part of this service. We will monitor and respond to comments to your posts and interact with followers on your behalf. In addition, we will create and provide a chatbot that will engage followers who message you and we will monitor the conversation flows to make further adjustments to the chatbot. You can choose to have requests for live chat turned over to your staff or to have us respond to the requests on your behalf.
The Marketing Mastermind ($2000/mo Value): We will create and run multiple campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and other marketing channels that will create a wide net to put your company, products or services in front of your target demographic. We will work with you to identify your highest value products and services and make those our main focus for advertising and create follow up campaigns. We will also create campaigns that target on lower profit items that will be given a smaller budget so as to attract more visitors to see your overall offerings. We will target your ads to the most likely demographic and make weekly reviews and changes to the campaign, landing pages/site, targeting and ads with a focus on lowering the cost per click and increasing conversions. We will create a newsletter format that will go out up to 4 times each month (normally on a weekly basis) to keep current subscribers and new subscribers reengaging with your site and your products or services.
The Engineer ($600/mo Value): You will get access to six 1-hour think tank sessions per month. These sessions can be used to further develop your business by planning today for tomorrow’s growth. We can help go over and come up with solutions to internal processes, internal automation, IT solutions, customer service issues, sales & closing assistance and more. With experience in working in so many industries, we have the ability to utilize our experiences, training and continuing education to help you solve dilemmas you might be facing.

In the event your request could be viewed as a new project (IE. a separate site to be created, converting a standard site to eCommerce, video production/broadcasting services, as well as add-ons and other services not included in your package level) we will discuss it with you, work up a full quote and potentially a separate contract or an addendum to the Turnkey Solutions package agreement that would need to be approved before we could begin work and may fall under a different pricing and payment structure. Our Process: From Beginning To Success
It all starts with your order. You’ll be walked through a series of questions when you signup and be presented with the contract to digitally sign. Once you finish your order, we’ll email you onboarding information on how to access our Project Management system where you’ll be able to see activity and give us additional instructions, feedback or ask any questions. We’ll also provide information on how to give us access to your current social media accounts, newsletter services (like MailChimp & Constant Contact), Google Ads (if you already have an account), your domain registrar (if you’d like us to handle repointing your site to our servers) and more.
Within 2 business days, we’ll setup a staging area on our servers, the CMS and get the starter site setup so we can start making changes. We may request additional information from you during this process through the Project Management system. If you gave us the domain name to put the site on, if you already have a site, we will not repoint the domain until the site is ready to launch. If you do not have a site on the domain, we will create a quick coming soon page with your logo, contact info, a generic form people can use until the site is live.
After that we will work with you to determine your target demographic, a marketing budget (for channels like Google Ads, Facebooks Ads, etc… which are included in your plan, either as a lump sum across all channels or specific budgets per channel), a social media posting schedule (including topics) and specific areas products and/or services you want to promote on paid marketing channels. We will provide you with a marketing plan which we will follow to create and launch your marketing efforts.
Once marketing efforts are launched and we being posting to social media, we will continue to monitor the traffic and results and make regular adjustments to the campaigns, landing pages and sites to produce lower click costs and increase visitor conversions.
We will provide you with monthly reports of visitors from marketing & social media channels as well as tracked conversions so you will have an accurate accounting of where your marketing dollars are being spent and the results they are producing.
We may, during the course of the service, suggest additional marketing channels be added or removed, but will not do so without getting your approval. If we suggest adding additional marketing channels, the setup of these channels & the campaigns run on them will be included in the monthly cost.
At times, we may suggest increasing the marketing budget to allow for more visitors and conversions to be generated. These suggestions come only after we start seeing conversions and are able to get an idea of the cost per conversion and understand the ROI that is generated from those conversions.
At the end of the 6 month agreement, your Turnkey Solutions package will automatically renew on a month to month agreement. At our discretion, we may REDUCE your month rate at any time after the 6 month agreement has concluded.
How We Handle Refunds, Cancellations, Renewals & More
(This information will also be included in the initial agreement you receive)
How Are Marketing Costs For Clicks, Impressions, Etc… billed?
All billing for charges associated with click costs, impressions, postcards, etc… will be billed directly to you from the services they are associated with. For example, we will never send you a bill for your advertising cost from Google, instead Google will bill you directly. The same applies to Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, SnapChat, LinkedIn, Taboola, and any other marketing channels you allow us to utilize. In addition, if you are not currently using a newsletter system like MailChimp or Constant Contact or other services you may wish to have integrated that you provide permission for us to set up for you, you will be charged directly from the company providing the services.
Unlike many other agencies that bill you monthly, we have the provider bill you directly which means there is no place for us to charge additional fees and you only pay for what you should. For example, if you spend $100 on Google for clicks, you’re only paying $100 to Google for those clicks.
Can I adjust my marketing budget?
Absolutely! We want you to be able to have control over the marketing budget for clicks, impressions, etc… If at anytime you wish to raise or lower the monthly spend to an individual marketing channel or an overall monthly budget, just let us know and we will make the adjustment within 1 business day.
How do I renew my package?
Our Turnkey Solution packages automatically renew on a month to month basis at the end of the initial 6 month agreement. You will be given a reminder on your last payment for the initial 6 month service 30 days before the switch. After that point you will receive a recurring payment reminder 14 days before the next charge allowing you time to contact us at least 5 days before the charge is due so that we can cancel out the service. We may, at our sole discretion, choose to REDUCE your monthly payment at anytime after and during your switch to month to month terms and will alert you if we decide to do so.
What if I already have a hosting provider or want to host my site myself?
We are happy to setup your site on a hosting provider you already have or obtain. Please note that since we no longer have the ability to protect ourselves in case of non-payment, we do require the portion of the monthly billing that is devoted to the site be paid in full either at the time of purchase or before the site goes live. During development, the site will still be created on our own servers and then transferred to your hosting provider once it is completed.
What if there’s a delay with my website?
If, for any reason, the sites launch is delayed, we will alter the recurring charge so that it does not process until the site is finished and the marketing & social campaigns have started. Payments will then continue on from that point for the remainder of the agreement and through any renewal unless cancelled.
What if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, we will continue work for an additional 1 week in good faith that the payment will be made. At that time, if payment has not been received we will pause all marketing efforts until the account is brought current and then resume our work. If we are notified about an issue we may choose, at our sole discretion, to offer additional payment arrangements or elect to continue marketing efforts for an additional amount of time. If payment lapses for a month, we will add an additional month of charges and services provided to the end of the current period so that the minimum of 6 months is paid for and all services agreed upon are completed.
What if I want to cancel?
We don’t believe in keeping you to a contract that isn’t working for you so we’ve designed an out clause that benefits anyone who wants to stop their service. If you wish to cancel, we simply request you do so at least 5 business days before the next charge and we will complete the period of time that has been paid for and turn over control of your specific assets to yourself or another agency at your request. Services & Assets we own or pay for, such as servers, our reporting software and other such items are not included in items that will be turned over.
Cancelling during the initial 6 month agreement: If you cancel before the end of the initial agreement and wish to keep the website, we may require a prorated fee for the portion of your monthly charge that is devoted to the website expense. The fee is as follows for each remaining month of the agreement:
For base sites provided in the packages: The Startup package, $125/mo; The Entrepreneur package, $165/mo; The Tycoon, $250/mo.
For eCommerce sites through the packages: The Startup package, $250/mo; The Entrepreneur package, $320/mo; The Tycoon, $375/mo.
For custom sites: The Startup package, $425/mo; The Entrepreneur package, $465/mo; The Tycoon, $550/mo.
Cancelling after automatic renewal: If you cancel after your package automatically renews at the end of the initial agreement, there will be no fee to keep your site. However, you will become responsible for for charges for any paid plugins directly, which we will help you setup and convert to your ownership.
Hosting after cancellation: If you cancel your package, you will have the option to continue hosting your site with us for a simple $100/mo rate for standard sites and $150/mo for eCommerce sites, as long as the site remains hosted with us. This charge includes the licensing of many paid plugins that are used on your site.
What is your refund policy?
We do not provide refunds on services provided or started, so if you were to pay for the first 3 months and 1 week after the 3rd payment decided you wanted to cancel, we would finish out the third month of service or cease all activity at the end of the paid for period but we would not provide a refund for the third month. In special circumstances we may offer a prorated refund at the discretion of management.
