Our Mission
Our mission at Silversky Enterprises is simple. To create unique lasting relationship by providing excellent customer service, products & services that create results for our clients. Our clients should never feel like they’re just another name on our list and should receive the attention they deserve, not matter the size of the project. When you hire us, you are trusting in us to help you achieve your goals which is why we do not measure our success by the number of clients we have or dollars in revenue, but instead we measure our success by the success we help you achieve.
We are not looking to become the next big agency but want to become your go to agency. Since our goal is on providing our clients with the attention they deserve and helping them build their success, we are not looking to take on a slew of clients. We limit the number of clients we are providing ongoing services for as well as one-time projects we accept based on our current workload. We would rather turn down a new client or ask them to consider someone else unless they are willing to wait than to not uphold our values and goals to make sure our clients know and feel they are more than just another contract or project. The number of clients and projects will vary at times as both new members join our team and new client’s signup for services. However, we will always provide free consultations to those interested, providing them with our feedback, ideas and an overview of how we would approach their project or marketing that they can choose to wait to utilize with us or use as a guideline with another provider or do themselves.
Additionally, we aim to educate customers, subscribers and everyone who is interested by sharing our knowledge of development, design, marketing, and support. We don’t want you to feel obligated to use for any of our services, but instead want to provide you with information on many of the same tactics and tools we utilize while giving you insights, reviews, news, updates and more to help you grow your business, whether you turn to us for your projects or not.
As an agency, our goal is to recreate the typical agency mindset. Where many agencies charge $100+ per hour but only pay their employees and contractors $40, $25, $15 or LESS per hour, we believe that clients deserve agency level access to our team’s abilities without the massive markup. Our pledge to our clients and our team is that we charge less than most other agencies while providing more of what we earn to our team. Our team members receive up to 75% of what we charge for their part of the project. We keep just enough to cover overhead, such as marketing, servers, tools, needed 3rd party services, internal development, and other business expenses, which creates a smaller profit margin but better relationships with our clients & happier team members. This also creates an environment to attract a higher caliber of talent for our team and to allow us to offer our services to businesses of all sizes at an affordable rate.
Internally, we aim to create a skilled team, an eclectic group comprised of individuals with a variety of skills, interests and personalities that can uphold our values and goal when providing services & support to our clients. We seek to nurture our team to continue developing their current skills, to obtain new skills, and to help them develop their passion and goals both in and outside the scope of our business. We welcome those with an over-the-top approach to servicing clients and have the ability to think outside of the box, has a passion for what they do, who actively seeks to expand and better their abilities and who wants a place where they can be a unique individual and not just another cog in the machine.
