Our Process: From Beginning To Success
It all starts with your order. You’ll be walked through a series of questions when you signup and be presented with the contract to digitally sign. Once you finish your order, we’ll email you onboarding information on how to access our Project Management system where you’ll be able to see activity and give us additional instructions, feedback or ask any questions. We’ll also provide information on how to give us access to your current social media accounts, newsletter services (like MailChimp & Constant Contact), Google Ads (if you already have an account), your domain registrar (if you’d like us to handle repointing your site to our servers) and more.
Within 2 business days, we’ll setup a staging area on our servers, the CMS and get the starter site setup so we can start making changes. We may request additional information from you during this process through the Project Management system. If you gave us the domain name to put the site on, if you already have a site, we will not repoint the domain until the site is ready to launch. If you do not have a site on the domain, we will create a quick coming soon page with your logo, contact info, a generic form people can use until the site is live.
After that we will work with you to determine your target demographic, a marketing budget (for channels like Google Ads, Facebooks Ads, etc… which are included in your plan, either as a lump sum across all channels or specific budgets per channel), a social media posting schedule (including topics) and specific areas products and/or services you want to promote on paid marketing channels. We will provide you with a marketing plan which we will follow to create and launch your marketing efforts.
Once marketing efforts are launched and we being posting to social media, we will continue to monitor the traffic and results and make regular adjustments to the campaigns, landing pages and sites to produce lower click costs and increase visitor conversions.
We will provide you with monthly reports of visitors from marketing & social media channels as well as tracked conversions so you will have an accurate accounting of where your marketing dollars are being spent and the results they are producing.
We may, during the course of the service, suggest additional marketing channels be added or removed, but will not do so without getting your approval. If we suggest adding additional marketing channels, the setup of these channels & the campaigns run on them will be included in the monthly cost.
At times, we may suggest increasing the marketing budget to allow for more visitors and conversions to be generated. These suggestions come only after we start seeing conversions and are able to get an idea of the cost per conversion and understand the ROI that is generated from those conversions.
At the end of the 6 month agreement, your Turnkey Solutions package will automatically renew on a month to month agreement. At our discretion, we may REDUCE your month rate at any time after the 6 month agreement has concluded.
How We Handle Refunds, Cancellations, Renewals & More

How Are Marketing Costs For Clicks, Impressions, Etc… billed?
All billing for charges associated with click costs, impressions, postcards, etc… will be billed directly to you from the services they are associated with. For example, we will never send you a bill for your advertising cost from Google, instead Google will bill you directly. The same applies to Facebook/Instagram, SnapChat, LinkedIn, Taboola, and any other marketing channels you allow us to utilize. In addition, if you are not currently using a newsletter system like MailChimp or Constant Contact or other services you may wish to have integrated that you provide permission for us to set up for you, you will be charged directly from the company providing the services.
Unlike many other agencies that bill you monthly, we have the provider bill you directly which means there is no place for us to take on additional fees and you only pay for what you should. For example, if you spend $100 on Google for clicks, you’re only paying $100 to Google for those clicks.
Can I adjust my marketing budget?
Absolutely! We want you to be able to have control over the marketing budget for clicks, impressions, etc… If at anytime you wish to raise or lower the monthly spend to an individual marketing channel or an overall monthly budget, just let us know and we will make the adjustment within 1 business day.
How do I renew my package?
Our Turnkey Solution packages automatically renew on a month to month basis at the end of the initial 6 month agreement. You will be given a reminder on your last payment for the initial 6 month service 30 days before the switch. After that point you will receive a recurring payment reminder 14 days before the next charge allowing you time to contact us at least 5 days before the charge is due to process so that we can cancel out the service. We may, at our sole discretion, choose to REDUCE your monthly payment at anytime after and during your switch to month to month terms and will alert you if we decide to do so.
What if I already have a hosting provider or want to host my site myself?
We are happy to setup your site on a hosting provider you already have or obtain. Please note that since we no longer have the ability to protect ourselves in case of non-payment, we do require the portion of the monthly billing that is devoted to the site be paid in full either at the time of purchase or before the site goes live. During development, the site will still be created on our own servers and then transferred to your hosting provider once it is completed.
What if there’s a delay with my website?
If, for any reason, the sites launch is delayed, we will alter the recurring charge so that it does not process until the site is finished and the marketing & social campaigns have started. Payments will then continue on from that point for the remainder of the agreement and through any renewal unless cancelled.
What if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, we will continue work for an additional 1 week in good faith that the payment will be made. At that time, if payment has not been received we will pause all marketing efforts until the account is brought current and then resume our work. If we are notified about an issue we may choose at our sole discretion to offer additional payment arrangements or elect to continue marketing efforts for an additional amount of time. If payment lapses for a month, we will add an additional month of charges and services provided to the end of the current period so that the minimum of 6 months is paid for and all services agreed upon are completed.
What if I want to cancel?
We don’t believe in keeping you to a contract that isn’t working for you so we’ve designed an out clause that benefits anyone who wants to stop their service. If you wish to cancel, we simply request you do so at least 5 business days before the next charge and we will complete the period of time that has been paid for and turn over control of your specific assets to yourself or another agency at your request. Services & Assets we own or pay for, such as servers, our reporting software and other such items are not included in items that will be turned over.
Cancelling during the initial 6 month agreement: If you cancel before the end of the initial agreement and wish to keep the website, we may require a prorated fee for the portion of your monthly charge that is devoted to the website expense. The fee is as follows for each remaining month of the agreement:
For base sites provided in the packages: The Startup package, $125/mo; The Entrepreneur package, $165/mo; The Tycoon, $250/mo.
For eCommerce sites through the packages: The Startup package, $250/mo; The Entrepreneur package, $320/mo; The Tycoon, $375/mo.
For custom sites: The Startup package, $425/mo; The Entrepreneur package, $465/mo; The Tycoon, $550/mo.
